Each member of our team is highly trained and committed to providing personalized care to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

Kelly | Front Office Assistant
Kelly joined our team in October 2020. You will most likely meet her at our front desk. Her husband’s military career took their family to 3 other countries and 5 other states before retiring and choosing to live in Texas.
Throughout their travels she home educated their 3 children while managing their home and moves around the world. Now that they have chosen Texas as their home, she has decided to embark on a new adventure by using her talents here in our clinic.

Aubrey | Front Office Assistant
Aubrey came to Bell District Spine and Rehab in 2015 for an injury evaluation right before her first Hood to Coast 200-mile relay. She had been running through pretty severe foot pain and was avoiding seeing a doctor, expecting to be told to stop running. Instead, Dr. Tuggle was confident that with a few treatments leading up to the race and some serious foam rolling homework she could make it through, and she did.
Aubrey continued coming into the clinic for maintenance, as well as treatment for a shoulder injury. She enjoyed hanging out at the clinic so much that when a part-time position became available it was a great fit. She still runs on a regular basis and doesn’t hesitate to wear race shirts to races she actually hasn’t done.

Quinton | Rehab Specialist
Quinton, a dedicated rehab specialist, has been working with us here at Bell District Spine and Rehab since the early months of 2022, consistently prioritizing exceptional patient care and striving for optimal results. His journey in the healthcare sector led him to Bell District Spine and Rehab, where he continues to make significant contributions.
Prior to joining the medical team, Quinton carved out a triumphant path in collegiate cross country and track & field at UT Tyler. His athletic prowess was highlighted when he clinched the title of NCAA American Southern Conference steeplechase champion, and he played a pivotal role in securing multiple team championships. Quinton’s passion for sports extends beyond the track; he has been an avid triathlete since the tender age of 7, sharing this enthusiasm with Dr. Tuggle.
Remarkably, he completed his first Ironman at the impressive age of 18. Hailing from the scenic town of Lago Vista, TX, Quinton proudly calls it home and shares his space with his loyal canine companion, Sarah.
